To be consistent with the BBB policy I have toned down my report. The Tax Help Line does not return phone calls (I could mention names and times but it would take up the entire page), they make promises they do not keep (they agreed to get us a discount on what we owed plus remove any penalties--not), and they changed our contact person no less than 4 times. Additionally, they requested more money from us after we had an agreement in place and they never delivered again on any of their promises. We are currently in the process of either suing or disputing the credit card information. I highly suggest avoiding this company at all costs. Don't make my mistake.
