Dysfunctional organization which it took me one visit to determine. Took 2 weeks to schedule (not get, just get a date) an appointment. Told I was referred by my therapist of 3 years for specific testing to be done, and gave great details on the fact I need testing, not a referral. They also called for a brief history where again I said I was looking for testing to be done during my appointment. Doctor over a 1/2 hour late for appointment and never made the time up, or 50 minute appointment was 30 and still billed at full rate. Turns out they do not do the testing I was seeking and had made clear why I was there, appointment now a complete waste of time. Also most of the appointment spent giving the same information I had already given them over the telephone. Given 3 referrals for the testing (not wanted, but hey this was costing me $200 so what the heck) and asked they be in my health care network. Turns out none of them in my network and most importantly none of them do the testing. Called back seeking a refund. Told I would be called, they never did . Followed up again, told I would be called, they never did. Called the doctor I saw for any possible assistance and to understand the referrals. Never called back. In my very limited experience with this organization, severe internal communication problems, could care less about patients, lack of courtesy and respect, do not comply simple requests. One month of my life wasted in seeking testing for a condition, which I have had to start the entire process over with. Stay away they are horrible in every aspect.
