Money hungry jerks

Absolutely self centered owners. They have no interest in the children. I worked there for a long time and I saw horrible things. They under pay their employees (except management and admin) and don't provide insurance which makes no sense when you work in an environment where you are constantly in physical danger...SO, if you get injured good luck paying your bills. They also don't provide any money for the kids FOR EXAMPLE we would ask for twenty dollars to take them to the dollar theater and they would say they didn't have the funds! YET, almost daily the upper management would have catered lunches WHICH the other employees or children could not eat. Maybe that wouldn't be so bad except they would eat it in front of the kids right after denying them activity money. Many of these children can not afford lunch and they have the nerve to eat in front of them when they have nothing?? This place is only concerned with their image as a big business...they don't care at all for the children. Also what a slap in the face when I saw the owner EVERYDAY for 2 years and every meeting she would rudely say "I'm sorry what's your name?" We were also required to attend out of town meetings which we had to pay our own gas and room. These people are millionaires! They do however have money to buy all the counselors Subaru's! I also recall and event where a manager backed into a clients family and wrecked their car. WELL that family ended up paying and the company backed her and paid her damages...EVEN though it was her fault! Not to mention they knew that family was poor. Oh and someone should really look into their Medicaid fraud which most certainly takes place there. Do not trust your child into the hands of this company and DEFINITELY don't waste time working there.
