My experience with Tech505 was completely positive. Daniel arrived early and listened attentively to the problems I was having with my computer. He quickly diagnosed and removed the source of all the problems: a virus that had not been detected by either Norton Internet Security or PestPatrol Anti-Virus. With my permission, he installed a different anti-virus program and two other diagnostic programs, which seem to be working well.
In addition, Daniel resolved some challenging problems with networking my desktop, laptop and printer. He also set up a bridge between my router and Panasonic Viera TV (connects to internet), which I had tried to do several times without success.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing and fixing my problems. He was polite and well-spoken, and it was clear that he justifiably takes great pride in his work. The services provided were very reasonably priced and were based on a flat rate, not hourly. In the future, I will use Tech505 for all of my computer/printer problems, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
