Abysmal Customer Service

I am hoping this review helps forfend any other potential victim of what is most assuredly the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.
I had recently placed a relatively large order (over $500) and has selected Federal express as the method of delivery.
When reviewing the order I noticed it had been placed as a recurring order with USPS as the shipping method.
I called the listed number and was promptly attended by their answering service.
Note, this is a third party entity and not the company. They can only take messages.
The individual was kind and informed me that someone from the customer service department would contact me.
No one ever did.
I then manually placed a new order and once again waited for some confirmation but to no avail.
I have since spoken to five different individuals working for the answering service.
Each time I was told someone from the company would contact me.
Never happened.
The order,however,was charged to my card.
I have received nothing.
I will be contacting the credit card company.
By the way, once you place your credit card info in their system you can delete nothing.
