I ordered one cabinet to match a set that I had gotten at a building materials auction previously (RTA was half the price of what I had paid at the auction). The person that helped us was great to work with... It arrived at my door step within a week. The cabinet matched perfectly, but had a mar spot on it when we opened the package. RTA handled the problem fast and courteously and had another on it's way to us quickly. How a company handles a problem is a very important indicator of who you are dealing with. I would use them in the future and recommend them to others.
