TheRTAstore no help with poor quality cabinets

I am a multiple time customer of TheRTAStore. My first project went relatively well with only a couple of items not shipped or incorrect items shipped. After a bit of sparring, these were resolved to my satisfaction. Mt latest purchase is not so good. The Chinese cabinets had the brackets for the face in the wrong location. I apparently am not only expected to perform quality control and find the problems but also correct them prior to assembly...see below:
"I have just finished discussing this matter with my manufacture in regards to this matter and unfortunately we can not honor anything for you on both of your orders. Due to order # 223647 due to the cabinets are already assembled that voids us being able to honor any of the replacement items for you. This is an item that should have been noticed prior to the granite being put in and simply adjusted."
It is a shame they have chosen to forego a repeat customer for less than a $35 solution.
