Four years ago Michael Crupi created two trusts - one for my mom and the other for me. Neither of us thinking we would need to use the trusts so soon. Recently my mom passed away and her estate had to be settled. Everything is the trust was absolutely perfect. Had no problem transferring my Mom's assets yo myself and my sister. In fact the realtor who sold my mom's place stated this was an excellent trust. Unfortunately when you create a trust you don't know if all the details have been done correctly until you need to fulfill the wishes of the trust.
