Marion called me up and said he had a buyer for my timeshare and wanted 2500.00 ck from me for closings costs and commisions,said I would receive 65,000.00 in 30 days or less .We sent him a ck and its been 4 months and they want nswer there phone.I hired a private investigator to look in this company he found out that Marion Kent and Wainta Prentice go from state to state ripping people off the last state was NC,call the bbb and they will tell you they were shut down in NC, the state before that was GA and a company name timeshare services now there in a trailer park in Ocala, Fl receiving cks at pack and ship place where they offer mail boxes and your Rick Davis is Marion Kent he has crimmal back ground a mile long.BE WARE OF ,MARION KENT AND WAINTA PRENTICE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.Please if you have been scammed by they 2 make a complaint ASAP and help me stop these people and put them in jail.
