On May 14,10 Iwas contacted by Stan at Transport Services in regard to shipping a car from Nv to Ky.He seemed pleasant and sincere...They would be happy to haul the car on one of their own new Peterbuilt haulers for $1000.with a $250 deposit.The car would be picked up on 6 3 10...about the 1st of June a rep called to say the pick up would be 6 3.On 6 4 we called to see what was going on and were told that the new shiney Peterbuilt was down for mechanical problems.after two days we called again to only be told that the truck was still down but they would locate a contract carrier to do the job.On 6 10 10 they called to say that they indeed had located a truck but it was going to cost an additional $200.I said no thank you and would you please return my deposit in view of the fact that you did not perform as required in our contract.We are still awaiting this money!This company is totally unethical and next to impossible to get in touch with..DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND YOU WILL AVOID A PROBLEM SUCH AS THIS!!
