I am also letting people know to beware of this company, I am in the middle of the same issue with them, they took my 1500.00, up front 7 months ago and also let me speak to the potential buyer, made me feel all comfy and cozy about the sale, kept me posted when I called about the progress, and as soon as the 90 day period was up, and we were headed to the closing, they were hard to reach, but then when I finally did get them on the phone, they told me the Buyer had a Tax Lien, and things were at a standstill until it gets resolved, I have no faith now, that I will see the buyers down payment, which I was told I would get, or the money I put up front, I guess I'm just another victim of something that sounded too good to be true. I too would give them a zero star rating if I could.
