I am just another victim of their typical deceptive marketing practice. They call you that they have a buyer for your timeshare at a higher than value price. Once they take your money, you wait until closing and then get the message that it is held up due to IRS tax lien against the buyer. They don't give you earnest money and tell you to wait for 18 months for it to clear. I asked to see a copy of the closing documents that I paid for and they refused to even let me see the contracts. Obviously, there weren't any to show as there wasn't any real buyer. Any sales transaction should allow both parties to review a contract for sale. My friend is an attorney with many connections in Florida and we are considering finding a firm to initiate a class action lawsuit for all the people that they have swindled out their funds. TBO also signed agreement to market my 2 weeks at $1500/each, but I checked their website months later and they still had not even listed them. They don't even try to make an effort to market for you. They should be listed with no stars!!!!
