Beware. Do not do business with these people. They are a scam just like the rest of the timeshare resellers that require money up front. We got took for $1200. They (Cory Cox)put a so-called buyer on the phone with us before we signed up. All through the sign up process, they said we would get the buyers down payment if they canceled. Well, the "Buyer" had a lien problem that was taking a long time to resolve. Now they won't return my phone calls. I guess we lost this money with no recourse. I would put a zero star rating but that isn't an option here.
