I was skeptical about trusting any company with my home. I had heard some pretty horrible things about loan modification companies ripping people off, and didn't want to just give my money away. After my mitigation specialist talked things through with me and outlined the process i felt allot better. I am happy to say my mortgage payment dropped by $538 and i didn't have to come up with a single penny to pay my lender for my back due balance.
I can now afford my mortgage without living with my back against the wall.
thank you so much, you gave me my life back. :)
