Absolutely NOT worth the headache!

I have ordered seed mixes from Turtle Stuff on two different occasions. The first order took more than 6 months to arrive, the second I have yet to receive. The first time around the owner claimed some sort of technical error, which wiped out orders and caused delays. I was only notified of this issue when I emailed to inquire as to where my order was. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was patient. This time; however, it has been 2 months with absolutely no word and I'm fed up. A quick internet search revealed that I'm not their only unsatisfied customer. While the products are of a decent quality, there is no excuse for such delays in their shipping. I can understand their policy of test sprouting every batch; however, that shouldn't take more than a few days at most. The owner also includes in the order confirmation, "PLEASE NOTE!! I am attending college full time, as well as running this business. Your patience would be greatly appreciated, as all orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible." This is understandable; however, six months is not acceptable regardless. If you have that little time to run your "business" then you simply need to close up shop. Unfortunately, this is the last time I'll do business with this company, and will not encourage any of my reptile enthusiast friends to patronize them either.
