This customer was alerted that we had a very bad storm and had no internet or telephones for nearly two weeks. He was also informed that all orders are individually filled AFTER the order is placed so that products are fresh when received.
Nowhere is there a promise of full planting instructions, but with some species, there is information within the description. This order was filled as promised. We do not package seed to have it sit, losing viability. Perhaps someone who understands seed science would appreciate this attention to detail. This is a very busy time of year for us-and we will not compromise quality for speed.
