Steady business customer for at least the last seven years. Have shipped 400+ packages from this location with no problems. We ship client gifts [glass & crockery items] all of which have been professionally packaged and shipped. We've never experienced any damages.
This is a highly professional, friendly environment to do business. The franchisee takes his work seriously, and his staff is well trained. My business associates and clients from the Mission Hills area have taken their business to the UPS Store in San Fernando because of my referrals, and also because of it's convenient proximity to the courthouse, which is where we do most of our legal work.
I highly recommend this great UPS Store location to anyone.
