I pick up the phone one night and its some telemarketing call asking me if I'm interested in getting my interest rate down to 4.3% so I pressed one. I was definitely skeptical and I had a ton of questions. To my surprise, I was helped by staff that listened to me carefully and patiently. Their underwriting department was real professional and they were able to get my paperwork in the mail that day for what seemed like penny's on the dollar to I was going to save in the first six months alone! Friends of mine had already been scammed by companies promising the world and asking for even more. U.S. Mortgage Solutions did what they said, got me my paperwork and now I'm able to breathe a little bit easier at home.
