This was my first venture into gold and silver metals as an investment. I found United Gold Direct through a online advertising campaign banner next to the economist Peter Schiff. While I did have my initial concerns from being a first time buyer, the staff helped me with all of my questions, and the intuitive website sealed the deal for me. Your customer service was spot on, the metals were fairly priced, and I was really happy to receive a confirmation when my delivery was shipped out. I even received a customer survey letter to ensure my satisfaction. My product arrived just as described and in less than 2 weeks time. I will definitely be back and will recommend United Gold Direct to others. I'm excited about having real tangible metals in my hands!
