I received a phone call by a person named Michael Jones using the name of this company and their address, but with a 800 phone #, with a business proposition regarding a time share that I hold in Orlando, Florida. He claimed he had a buyer for my property, and that the buyer was taking care of all of the closing costs, but I would have to pay $1,898 for documentation and title transfer fees. When I requested he email me the information and the purchase offer,he did no hesitate to do so. The information about the company and the purchase offer had a website link to the better business bureau showing Mr. Mowbray's company has an A+ status. Luckily, I noticed the difference in the phone number given to me and the one listed on the company website. So I called Mr. Mowbray to verify the deal was valid---AND IT WAS NOT! Mr. Mowbray was honorable enough to return my call promptly and verified what I already believed--that THIS WAS A SCAM. So I say Mr. Mowbray should get extra credit for being an upright business man---and the Better Business Bureau should be ultra aware and vigilant at how easily THEY can be taken advantage of...Thanks again Mr. Mowbray! You saved me from being scammed out of $2,000.
