I received a call at 6:10 pm 11/19/10 from a Michael Jones saying that he had buyers for timeshare units we have for sale (much the same as previous reviewers). He gave me Universal Financial Services name and address as the business he worked for. The caller ID number is a Florida cell phone (1-305-433-3654) which raised a red flag. He was asking for $1895 for documentary and title transfer fees (they would not be that high for the properties we have). Stated he had offers from buyers that were almost double the value of the timeshares - another red flag. After seeing the comments from others I did not call Mr. Mowbray.
