My husband and I agreed to attend a presentation for 90 minutes in exchange for a $100 restaurant gift card and 3 nights at a local hotel. Because of the length of the presentation VI was also to have had light snacks available of which there were none.
The sales pitch went for 114 minutes (27% over the promised length) with nothing to eat, the gift card was from restaurant.com and only worth pennies on the dollar, and the hotel stay was for 2 nights with the months of June, July, and August completely blacked out for the location we said we were interested in up front.
During the sales pitch two VERY large men cornered us in a small office with another having popped his head in almost blocking the door out. It was high pressure for a very over priced vacation scheme. Based on the poor follow through with the sales offering, I seriously question the companies ability to provide the first class service they are promoting. We did not buy and are warning others to stay clear of VI.
