We joined over a month ago and have found the people we speak with very professional and helpful. We've booked some travel with them, but will take advantage of the big savings as we start booking our international travels.
I felt they represented themselves fairly and honestly. We were told up front that we would be paying the taxes and fees on the airline tickets. We're happy to do that in compensation for the round trip tickets. Not an IQ test.
We have not yet 'covered' the amount we spent in the sign up fee, but we're pretty sure we will. I will post another review if we have any problems. We really enjoy the fact that they handle all the booking for our international travel.
I checked the BBB for a reference and they list Vacation Smart as 'not rated'. Many companies (including my spouses) don't pay for BBB reference. You pay to get the triple A rating. Not my idea of a place to go for unbiased reviews.
