Terrible service- Left me unprotected- no response

I took over Valley Alarm on a new home I bought because the previous owner had Valley. The techs who have come over have been rude, treated me poorly and behaved as though the issues were my fault. I just spoke with a 'supervisor' (she never gave me her name) and she hung up on me instead of explaining why I've been overpaying for poor/no service. I would not recommend Valley Alarm.
I just updated my review to 1 star (from 2). Two employees reached out after my review (of course) and promised to take care of me. That was it- nothing after. No follow up and I still have no active alarm. The tech cancelled 1 hour before the appointment to 'fix it'. I called and they promised to call back with another appointment. That was 2 weeks ago- still nothing from them. I've been paying for service for 6 months now and I have no alarm. I also paid to have them install a new device that doesn't work AND they threw out my old one which is no longer available (from another company) so i cannot go back to what I had. I have to start all over again.
*Note- after my real review Valley Alarm paid to boost their positive review (likely fake). Note, when you type in 'alarm' this company comes up with a 'Sponsored' review. Deceptive.
Don't go with Valley Alarm- they don't put their money where their mouths are... but they WILL put YOUR money into sponsored reviews...!
