Do not buy from Valley Furniture Warehouse. I bought furniture from them and waited 14 weeks and nothing came. I went in to get a refund and they told me that 14 weeks hasn't passed and the contract stated that I couldn't get a refund until 14 weeks. Then they refused to give me an explanation on why is wasn't 14 weeks. He originally asked for my Visa card that I paid for the furniture with and then he spoke to the manager and told me a check would be sent in the mail in 4-6 weeks. I asked him to show me where in the contract that it stated that and he said its not in the contract but its their policy. The policy stated that with returned furniture the customer would get a refund in 15 days. I didn't even have any furniture so I'm not sure where the 4-6 weeks came from. In the end he took my paperwork and refused to give it back and then called me expletive names when I left.
