I bought a cleaner from them a couple of years ago. The product has been satisfactory until now. I ordered a part from Vapor Systems LLC. Vapor Systems shipped it immediately, although I found the price to be a little high and $8.00 to ship a quarter sized part was absurd. I needed another part so finally found Vapor Clean where I purchased my machine. Before they would discuss the part I required, they required I send a form that asked for my credit card number and authorized payment of $100 or $120 an hour. I returned the form to them without a credit card number and no authorization but a request for information about the part. I have not heard from them since. After doing some research on this company, I would not trust them at all. I certainly would not purchase another expensive machine from them. I am giving them one star because no stars is not an option.
