BEWARE!!!! This company is horrible and should be forced out of business for the completely unethical way that they operate. I bought my steamer in 2009 and had no problems until Nov of 2010 when it simply would not turn on. I shipped it back and it was repaired - though it cost me $60 for shipping and $120 for the repair. Still, I was glad to have it back, only it was somehow damaged in shipping during the return to me. Long story short, the machine is back at Vapor Clean and they are holding it hostage insisting that I pay the repair since FedEx will not authorize the damage claim. In fairness, I don't think FedEx was to blame for the damage. When Vapor Clean shipped it back to me it was poorly packed - no shipping peanuts, no paper padding - nothing. The unit was in a plastic bag in the box. Bottom line, looks like I'm screwed given their F rating with the BBB, and all the complaints here. I am going to see if I can report the machine stolen and see if that can somehow get them to have to deal with the police. HORRIBLE COMPANY. LITERALLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
