This company also known at National Advertising Center prints ads in a pamphlet that is set up near the exits of grocery stores and is a free publication to the public. Every step of the way with this company there has been something incorrect or not followed up on. I was told to send my pdf ad to the art department and only received a "canned" response. I sent 3 emailed messages and received the same response every time. Finally when I called and actually got ahold of someone (I almost always got a voicemail, unless I was speaking with the operator) in the Art Department, she was kind, but said they had not received the email or the art and I should send it again. This was January 2009. I was worried because I hadn't even received a proof to look at via email and the ad was supposed to come out in Feb. 09. Wouldn't you know that an invoice was sent to me and I hadn't even received anything yet! Called the Billing Dept. (voicemail again) and said had a problem with paying because I hadn't even received a proof yet. My call was returned 2 days later and Linda Miller (customer service/billing dept) told me not to pay until I received a proof, that was encouraging and she said she'd look into it. She unfortunately didn't get back to me. Got the proof finally. I didn't like it, didn't accept it, and made a new one and faxed and emailed it to the art dept. in the allotted time. Never got a new proof back. When I went to see if the publication was even currently in my local Safeway, they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Called the Distribution Point Office and the had a different location listed for delivery for my ad. Not helpful! I just went to the other (wrong) location to see if the publication was there (2/26/09), it was, but it of course has the wrong ad in it! I told Linda Miller I was dissatisfied with the whole experience and wanted to cancel my contract, she said she would see what she could do. What does that mean? I know they haven't lived up to their contractual agreements and I want out! I will never work with this company again, and I hope you don't start!
