I just want to let you know that I got my video last two weeks ago from videotapemywedding.com. We filed a complaint a few months ago because we couldn't contact the vendor and we also saw similar complaints from other customers that they had loss of contact with him and didn't get the video from him after a few years or a few months . However, it was a total surprise for me that he sent the video by fedex in last two weeks ago. It is a great production with the price we paid for $700 . I didn't mind it took four months for me to get the video when I received his quality . ... Finally, I just want to clear out the air for him that he sent me the video finally and the quality is not bad and he is very flexible as well adding the photomontage parts with that price too. If we caould keep communicating well with him at the beginning and told me that he was working on my video and it would take four months , I would not complain him at all ...
