why do they only get 3 stars?
good things:
-shoes looks very nice and are fairy priced.
-the website is presented well and has a facebook.
-the selection is plentiful
-nice sizes
bad things:
-worlds worst customer service.
-takes money without product getting to you.
-Does not respond to emails or phone calls.
-their catalog based system so shoe name>color> size is very poorly made because they name their shoes like each other meaning that you have to select the name a few times to get the correct style.
-from the reviews i got from friends their products aren't made to last.
-very hard to tie.
Your better off ordering from nike or looking for a factory outlet such as Nordstrom.
