Very disturbing process and outcome BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

I found We-pay, went through all the verifications processes which took forever and decided to use them a few times, well much to my dismay, I charge the credit cards, wait days and days and days to receive my money and then get some uninformative emails that they did not go through. They give terrible explanations for this but the worse part is WHAT COMPANY ON THE PLANET ERASES PAYMENT RECORDS???????????? Fortunately I was smart enough to get the customers information and write it down elsewhere so I could collect my money through PayPal, whom by the way is wonderful to deal with and love them, I just really wanted to give this virtual terminal a try and save a few dollars, well shame on me for trying to save a buck, it cost me lots of headaches. They don't even send you an email receipt to give a person before they walk out the door!! Any good business person provides there customer with a printed receipt of the credit card transaction!! Anyway I would give them another try if they would work out some of the bugs, immediate receipts and better record keeping, all transactions should be retained whether they go through or not, that makes me uneasy and feel that my customers could be in danger of credit card fraud. By the way they do not deserve 1 star that they are getting below they just don't have negative stars!! Hopefully my review will be posted because I feel others should be able to see this before making a decision to use this service, no one ever tells you the problem with the receipts or record keeping.
