Screwed from VERY beginning!

I'm sorry and hate to bring BAD news to anyone. I set up an account but was never offered the opportunity to CREATE a Password. Without one, I not only couldn't access my account, but could not be given distribution of funds. I explained this to at least two (maybe three) customer support people. The first several emails sent me a link to RESET my Password, so I re-explained I never GOT one in the first place. NEXT solution required me to provide ID Drivers License or Passport. I not only don't have either, but am Disabled, and offered alternate suggestions to prove my identity, but was told no. Now I asked them to refund the lady's donation money and cancel the account, since they couldn't bend rules to suit my reality in this situation. I would give ZERO stars, but the minimum is one.
