As per their word, they were able to recover at least 99% of the files. I had initially set some expectations that the faulty drive would damage some files, so I was okay with accepting that some files would be lost, but 99% was a surprising outcome. The technical team even aided me in transferring all of the recovered files to the new drive I purchased. I highly recommend this team. Great service!
