I wasn't sure if the time stated 2-3 weeks for recovering my data was long, but everything was handled very well and clearly explained. When I returned to collect my hard disk, the staff properly explained the causes behind the hardware failure. As for the price, they actually based on something other than the data's importance but rather the difficulty of retrieving the data. Highly Recommend this team!
