I discontinued using this company years ago. They were ok while I was using them, but I had the account for a non-profit group, and the group decided to discontinue the website. Ever since discontinuing the account, I have been billed yearly. I have notified the company both verbally and in writing EVERY SINGLE YEAR that I have terminated my contract with them and to stop billing my account, but every single year they still bill my credit card, and I have to jump through all the hoops to get the charge removed. Looking at the BBB website, they ignore all BBB complaints. I swear, I'm getting ready to write to California's Chief Attorney's office, and ask them to help.....
