Cancelled my credit card # so Wen can't Auto-ship & charge!

I ordered Wen on Sunday evening. I ordered what I thought was trial for $29.95. I was then prompted to set up an online account. I did so. This is where I saw Wen already has another shipment ready to go out on November 19th., I called customer service and got hung up on twice when they found out I was trying to cancel. I don't think this was just an accident. On my 3rd call, I was informed that my 1st shipment cannot be cancelled. She then tried to talk me out of cancelling by saying I could "customize" future orders. I stressed that I was simply wanting to try the product... not sign up for their mysterious monthly shipments! She then said that she cancelled future shipments and that I wouldn't be charged again. I got no confirmation... nothing. So, I was scared and did a little more research and found all kinds of horror stories about numerous unwanted shipments going out and them charging ridiculous amounts of money to people's accounts even though they asked them to cancel SEVERAL times. So, I called and cancelled my credit card number to protect myself from this scam. I am sick to my stomach worrying now and don't even want to try the product now. I can't believe they just sign you up for recurring shipments without even telling you. Scary!!
