Very hard to get refund!!

I sent back my last shipment (had too much left from previous shipment). After I shipped the product back they still charged my card again! Now I have 2 charges on my card & all I was told on the phone was they have not received my shipment (I have confirmation they did)- the guy also said it could take 3-4 weeks to get a refund.... I told them how ridiculous this was and to remove my credit card # from the system! I just want my refund! I like the product... Just not the customer service! Susan
