Terrible quality

Terrible experience. Took graduation photos, then sent proofs through email to review and purchase. The proofs have their logo plastered all over the proofs as a watermark, so it is impossible to see the quality of the actual pictures. Thus, you have to purchase the downloadable files to see the actual pictures. I did this, and when I printed out the files they sent (printed using 2 photo venders), the colors were way off. The facial color was Snow White, even though the subject is not white! I Immediately called and spoke with Vanessa who promised to make things right. Received re-touched pictures, and they were exactly the same.... skin tone Snow White color! Immediately called and spoke with Vanessa again, who once again promised to make things right EVER IF IT MENT GIVING ME A REFUND. So I asked for a refund, and she said only the photographer can approve this. She gave me his name and number (Armando), who I called right away. I was told he was busy, and he would call me back in one hour. Well, surprise, no call from Armando.
Scam artists... it is impossible to see the quality of their photos until you actually purchase them.... then if the quality is terrible ( as in my case) you are out of your money, even though they promise to refund everything if you are not satisfied. Do not fall for their lies. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
