DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY!

We hired this attorney to do a loan modification for us. After over a year of going back and forth with the office-hardly ever having our emails or phone calls returned we received a letter from the office stating that they could not help us as we had been denied the modification by the lender. When we called the office to find out why the sudden change when just days before they asked for one more thing (as ususal) we left a message, but got no return call. We called the lender. The lender told us we were still in review and that they never denied us the mod.
We tried to get answers from the attorney, the numbers we had were suddenly disconnected and no one returned our emails.
Come to find out there are numerous complaints against him. In our contract with them it states that either party can terminate the contract if given 30 days notice. They flat our lied telling us the lender would not work with us anymore and that were no more options. We're out over $4000 with no resolution to our modification.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible, horrible people.
