I have never encounter a company that is so unprofessional as this one. The salesman (Lou Barraza)came out to my house told us that our shutters that we ordered won't arrive until 4weeks later. 4wks came along and no one call me up, I took the initiative to call the company and ask them what's going on. A Representative by the name of Janelle Ext:232(a very kind, respectful and very helpful lady) gave me the # to Lou's supervisor. His name is Dan. I told Dan the supervisor that it's been 4wks and my shutters have not arrived yet. He told me that Lou should of not told me that it was 4wks, but instead it should be 4-6weeks. I told him okay, I'll wait. 6weeks came along and no one called. I called Dan again and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it because it was the distributor's fault (Hunter Douglas). I told him that I wanted a refund of my down payment of $157.00. He said no, that he wasn't able to do that because they have ordered the shutters already. Two months past by, I called the (800)494-3600 so I can speak to another person that's willing to help me out. I was told that one of the manager by the name of Andy will call me back on the same day. Well no one called, so again I took the initiative to call Dan (the supervisor)and he gave me the number to Andy's cell phone("the head guy in the business" so Dan said). I called Andy on Saturday (the 2nd of February) and explained to him the situation and he told me that he was not aware of any note telling him to call me back. What a suprise, huh? Anyways, after explaining the situation again for the umpth time and telling him that Ms. Janelle is the one who should have their job because she's the only one whose doing what needs to be done; of course Andy promised me that he would give me back my deposit of $157.00 and we would be done. So I asked him how much longer will I receive this check. He told me 2-3 business days, so that mean I will receive it on the 6th of February on Wednesday. Well, the check didn't arrive and again I called the office up and spoke to Janelle xt:232 and she told me that a higher person than Andy will call me today (2-11-08). Well, let's see....all I want is my $$$$ back. They're very fast on getting my $$$$, but giving it back? NO! Keep in mind that the order was taken on December 9, 2007.

For any one whose reading this....Janelle the phone rep should in fact be a supervisor or the manager. It's ridiculous how the upper guys are sitting on their behind not doing what they're suppose to be doing, but the people in the lower divisions are the one whose doing the job appropriately.

Today is April 26th, 2008. I've received a letter from Business Bureau to check if the company has done anything to resolve the problelm. Well, till this day I have not heard from them nor have I received any check of $157.00.
