Ordered a ring on 05-01. As of 05-19, ring not shipped. Used shipping address as issue. ring was paid for 05-01. Asked for a refund and not yet received ring or refund. I paid for the ring, advised when ordered it needed to be sent to my work address. If those terms were not acceptable, then they should have never confirmed order, taken money.
Poor company to work with. I am now out of a wedding ring and not refunded money either, to date.
Wedding is within a week and I am without what I have paid for weeks ago.
Very poor company
