I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews about Z Ducts. After dealing with them, I have nothing bad to say. First off, their customer service was top notch. They really made me feel like helping me out was the most important thing in the world. They sent a technician out to my house THE NEXT DAY! Usually I have to wait weeks to make appointments. And it only took 1 day for the entire job to be complete. This company was very professional and I am thankful for their service.
