After living in our house 15 years, we decided to have our air ducts cleaned out. We fortuately selected Z-Ducts from several vendors who included a flyer in a mass mailing for duct cleaning. When the technicians arrived, they showed us how the duct work in the attic had deteriorated to the point where they were reluctant to perform a rotobrush service for fear of further destroying the existing ducts. After speaking with the lead technician, who was extremely knowledgeable, we agreed to have our ducts replaced with code-compliant ducting materials. The price was less than we anticipated, the technicians were on time, professional, and left the areas they worked in almost as clean as when they started. They also performed a maintenance on our HVAC unit under the same contract. I recommend this company without hesitation for this type of service.
