I believe Zecco makes an honest, good-faith effort to service its customers. However, the bottom line is their site often goes down and is unaccessible at some of the most important times of the trading day. This has happened to me about 15 times now in the last 4 months (as of 11/2008), and even though they claim they upgraded their site capacity 1000 % last month, it just happened to me again for the entire last hour of the trading day today ! That's all that matters when you're an active trader -- the bottom line !
