Zecco is running a disorganized operation with terrible customer support. I signed up for my account a month ago and got an e-mail saying my application was approved, then another e-mail with information about how to fund my account. I funded the account and did not learn that my account had been frozen because they wanted paperwork (paperwork that the Web site clearly stated did not exist for customers opening accounts after May 2007) until I tried to make a trade. I submitted the paperwork weeks ago; my account is still frozen... that includes not being able to withdraw the money I used to fund the account.
Free trades is a nice idea, but let the buyer beware. If Zecco were such a brilliant company, why aren't experienced traders flocking to sign up?
