What a fantastic company! They offer free trades beyond their capacity and they make a slight concession; everyone starts complaining. To me, it is ludicrous. Zecco made a business decision based on the majority of its customers; the decision was not based on its PDTs or large accounts (which they should obviously provide extra privileges). I think that Zecco's customer service is decent and that you get what you pay for. It's very good and I like what they offer.
