I used and owned one of their websites for a year. With all the promises of customer support and help getting seen on the net, I decided to NOT renew the site with them, especially after they raised their rates for a site that I never once received a single order from,all my business comes from the old fashioned method of going out and meeting potential clients. The customer support issues many of you mentioned are the same reasons I have for not going back with them. I have been working in print production for over 28 years and when Caesar tells me that all the color shift problems on a post card they printed was due solely to an over print preview issues I fired them and their company a letter that was in february and now April has come and still no response to my calls and emails. I can tell when color is washed out from too much water on the plates and lack of quality control, since in the 6 months prior to this I had 8 jobs reprinted for bad color shifting and printed on the wrong stock. I would never recommend them to anyone that is looking for quick turn around and high quality work. I am doing work with another company that allowed me to reactivate my account with no problems and since January have printed about 35 jobs for me and the quality is amazing difference. I have no problems identifying myself to anyone asking about this and recommending service to anyone that needs work done. Good Luck to everyone .
