Horrible Horrible site, don't waste your time or money

Ordered 2 t-shirts for my son on September 29th. On October 7th, still nothing, no email indicating shipped, no delivery. Nothing. Sent email on October 7th, asking for information on when I could expect my order to ship or a refund to my account. The
response I got, "Hi We apologize for the delay! Your order will ship shortly. Thanks" I asked for a ship date or refund date and I got this garbage. Called but only got voicemail. Ordered from 3 other sites on September 29th, received all three orders by Saturday,
October 5th. This site can't even give me a ship date. Won't make the mistake of ordering from them again. Will stick with MERCHNOW, who managed to get my order to me by Wednesday, Oct. 2nd. Forced to give 1 star but they deserve none.
