I ordered a trial of the Pure Rezverer product for $4.95 on Sept. 29th. I reviewed the terms and conditions on the web site and saw nothing related to memberships or recurring charges. On Oct. 19 my account was charged $87.62, I contacted www.purerezver.com and they said I could send the product back for a refund and that they would cancel my account. I mailed the product back on Oct. 20th but the Purerezver did not sign for receipt until Nov 2nd. I called the company on Nov. 11th and they said that they had received the product and that I should receive a credit within 5-10 business days. Finally on Dec. 4th after no credit had been received, I called the company and was told that since the product had not been received within 30 days, that I was not entitled to a refund. I have since cancelled my credit card and am contesting these unauthorized charges. I would not recommend any one deal with this company. I plan to follow up with government agencies to determine if this is a criminal enterprise.
