I was dreading looking at refinancing as it is so painful with so many questions and forms. I was very pleasantly surprised because my initial call was answered by Travis Ivy and he was extremely helpful and made suggestions on how could reach my goal of keeping payments same or less and paying off sooner.I had had other quotes and although they were similar and one was possibly a little less I chose this loan based on Travis's personality. I felt like I could trust him. he then passsed me over to Michael Iriarte who was equally helpful and friendly. They totally made it easy and it was a quick and clean process. Outastanding in every way!!!!!!
